An accident involving a truck and a family vehicle occurred along an interstate “a highway serving two or more States”, in Arkansas.

The vehicle flipped after being sideswiped by the truck and the 8 month old baby girl was ejected from the car into a storm drain 25ft away from the accident scene.

It was gathered that the firefighters were called upon to get her out of the storm drain and she escaped with just a minor scratch on her fore head.

According to the police officer, the baby was not properly restrained in the car seat at the time of the accident and the car seat was not properly installed. Also,the police confirmed the arrest of the truck driver who caused the accident as he was charged with improper and unsafe Lane Change.
